2. Once you’ve made your selection, please fill up the Order Form on the right sidebar. The order form will be directly sent to our email at email@example.com.
The information requested in order form is to process your orders, to keep you updated on your orders and to keep you informed about our latest promotions, clearances and new additions to the website. We keep your personal information private and confidential.
3. We will reply your email within 48 hours on the availability of the item(s). Kindly wait for our reply via email for the order confirmation code and total payable amount (inclusive of postage charges). Item(s) sell is based on customers who make quick payment to avoid back out customers. However, we accept reservations and customers must inform us upon submission of order form. We can reserve your order for maximum 48 hours and the full payment is to be made within 48 hours of receiving the confirmation code from us, or the reservations will be considered null and void. Should you not hear from us by then, please send us a reminder.
4. Kindly deposit the total amount to our bank accounts at Maybank (for Malaysia customers) and DBS (for Singapore and oversea customers). We will provide you our bank accounts’ details with the confirmation code via email.
For oversea customers, if you wish to make payment via TT, we will give you the bank code, branch code and swift code. Please note that we will notbe liable for the TT bank charges for both remitter and beneficiary.
(NB: Transfers from other banks via internet banking will take 2 business days)
5. After payment, please fill up the payment details on the right sidebar. The payment details will be directly sent to our email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
6. We will process your order once the payment is in good order. A payment confirmation notice will also be provided during this time.
